Working on vinyl windows that need repairs and maintenance.
in residential building / house:
- replace tilt latches
- lubricate / repair / replace channel balance
- replace spring clips / retainer clips
- fix / replace pivot pins
- fix warped sash
I have a couple days work.
Will need to a check windows, identify parts needed.
Can include some additional weather proofing work
of residential windows & doors.
