Rehoming two 20 month old cats

This has been a very tough decision to make, but I am needing to rehome at least one of my two 20 month old cats: one male and one female. The reason I need to rehome one of the cats is because they no longer get along as well as they did before and occasionally fight with each other. I feel it is a territorial thing. This behavior began after I decided to start letting them outdoors. Unfortunately, letting them outdoors was a very bad idea. At one point the female cat got into a fight and ended up getting a nasty infection in her foot that required antibiotics. The male cat got sick with feline herpes and needed antibiotics. After those two incidents, I decided to keep them indoors for good. They didn't like that and now they fight with each other occasionally. I can't risk any injuries to one of the cats, so I feel it is best to rehome one of the cats. Fyi, the main thing they fight over is the window sill! I guess it's because they miss the outdoors. They are siblings, so it is possible to rehome them both together if they go to a home with plenty of indoor space for them both to have their own space to escape to. I unfortunately only live in a mobile home and just not enough room for them to each have their own space. Both cats are litterbox trained and both cats are fixed. They are the most lovable cats ever and I really wish I could keep them. I'm asking for a $40 rehoming fee per cat. The rehoming fee is simply to ensure people are serious about wanting cats and that they go to a good home. Only serious inquiries only, as I'm going to be very deliberate about who I allow these cats to go to. Preferably a home with no other animals. Any questions don't hesitate to ask. Call or text only.
