Looking for the right candidate(s); (preference MAY be given to someone with proven Sign and/or Electrical experience) to perform and/or help with service and/or installations of electrical signs. Ideally, we'd like to have both installer and helper. If you're a hard worker with other kinds of work experience and are willing and able to learn the sign business, you will be strongly considered. We need to see lots of motivation and reliability, as well as good communications and interest in the work. Pay is dependent on your experience with a performance review and adjustment if applicable, in 60 days. Some travel will be required, (especially NC) but most work will be in Hampton Roads area. Job is also mostly outdoors, with care taken to avoid extremes in weather. We do a lot of service work for several regional franchises at this time, and business is booming. Your hours during training or during a run of bad weather may be limited, but we will guarantee 30 hours weekly during these times.
