GL Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Lead for a greenhouse located at Boynton Beach, FL The Maintenance Lead is responsible for the overall management of maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and improvements of our greenhouse and food packaging facility at green life farms Boynton Beach. Duties and responsibilities include: · Coordinate and perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairs of the greenhouse structure, production, and manufacturing equipment, Develop and maintain PM system, building inventory. · Inspect, maintain, and repair manufacturing/production related equipment, building deficiencies to ensure optimal performance of greenhouse and production equipment · Coordinate and support contractors and vendors working on systems installed at the farm which are under maintenance, repairs, and service contracts. · Maintains equipment history, records and documents all completed maintenance, modifications, and repairs. · Use company software to help build GLF maintenance program · Work as a team member to solve the GLF needs by department. · Performs additional duties as directed · Coordinate and develop maintenance team Job requirements: · Working knowledge of; electrical, plumbing, automation, and packaging equipment. · knowledge of fertigation/irrigation systems pneumatic systems, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, HVAC operations · Minimum of 5 years working experience in a greenhouse industry · Valid Driver’s license: ability to drive all farm equipment (forklifts, trucks, tractors, scissor lifts, etc.) · Effective verbal and written communication skills (Spanish speaking should be a consideration) · Positive attitude and ability to build working professional relationships with colleagues · This job requires a minimum of 45 hours per week, come in nights, weekends or as needed (essentially on call) Pay rate: $60k per year Apply and send us your resume at [email protected] GL Staffing Services, Inc - (561) 547-3440
