Lower Stony Run Strategic Plan Community Presentation by Tom McGilloway, Mahan-Rykiel Associates The Lower Stony Run Strategic Plan is a community-driven master planning effort to provide a long-term vision to protect and enhance the beloved Stony Run Walking Path, the Stony Run stream valley, and its associated park spaces. Growing from the successful Upper Stony Run Strategic Plan, completed in 2019, this targeted plan is looking to identify improvements from Overhill Road to the north to 29th Street and the Jones Falls Trailhead/Druid Hill Park at Wyman Park Drive to the south. We will celebrate approval of $1.5 million in State Capital Bond Funding for 5 Projects to improve connections, access, safety and signage along the Stony Run Walking Path .
