November 29th and December 6th 4:00-5:30 Open to Students K-5th Grade Ring in the holidays with this fun clay project. Students will learn how to add texture to a slab of clay and drape it over a hump mold to create the housing for a bell. Additional pieces are added using the slip and score technique to create the upper portion of the snowman. During the second-class students will use colored glaze to paint details on their snowman. Once the final firing is completed a clapper is suspended in the housing to complete the bell.
