Monday - Friday (8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) | Salary to be determined | Full-Time
Property Management Company in Monterey, CA seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform the following duties:
• Inspections of Rental Properties
• General maintenance knowledge, plumbing, structural, electrical, landscaping, etc.
• Help perform minor repairs under the direction of the Operations Manager, change door knobs, fix flappers on toilets, change light bulbs.
• Identify maintenance problems on rental properties
• Contact the appropriate vendors for the problems
• Move-in and Move-outs
• Check vendors work to ensure the work was done properly
• Maintain accurate job costing
• Requires valid CDL and clean driving record
• Ability to travel to all areas in Monterey County, Salinas, and South County
• Ability to lift 65 lbs.
• Ability to climb stairs and get on roofs
• Knowledge of power tools
• Construction knowledge is a plus
• Must have computer knowledge
• Bi-Lingual in English & Spanish is required
