Free Event Join Bob Comeau as he takes us on his last tour of 2022 in a very special area of Chicopee. This tour will showcase the Holy Name of Jesus Church and three neighborhood churches in this very interesting and historical area of Chicopee. You will learn about the importance of these 19th century churches to the working communities of Chicopee and Holyoke. Meet in front of the Polish Center of Discovery and Learning at 33 South Street. Be prepared to walk for about 2 hours so dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable shoes. No need to print a ticket. Attendance will be taken at the event. Please consider making a donation (no matter how small) to help the Holyoke Preservation Trust with offering more free cultural and historical events and workshop materials.
