Alysha Motroni of Williams & Stuart Real Estate in partnership with Lori Venditelli of Province Mortgage are pleased to present our Holiday Open House to benefit The Impossible Dream Playground. This fun filled event will take place on Saturday December 10, 2022 from 11:30am to 3:30pm at Williams & Stuart headquarters, 170 Mayfield Ave. Cranston, RI 02920. Have professional photos taken with Santa, enjoy cookie decorating, a hot cocoa bar, raffles, and more! A suggested donation of $25 gets your family a digital image with our wonderful Santa as well as access to the rest of the festivities. All of the proceeds raised will be donated to The Impossible Dream Playground. The Impossible Dream Playground, Rhode Island's first integrated playground, offers an environment that is play friendly for children of all physical abilities. It is a non profit organization that relies solely on donations. Especially since Covid, they have had to cut back their hours and are in great need of donations to cover operating costs and to purchase new equipment. What better way to celebrate the holiday season than to give back to an organization that brings so much joy to the children in our area. Pre registration is strongly encouraged as we have limited time slots available. Parking is free and available in the front and in the back of the building. We are also looking for local businesses who would like to donate prizes for our raffle.
