Posted this couple days ago, had someone come out to paint and after first day of painting, person told me they never painted just needed some money desperately. No problem, paid the guy for the days of work but needed to stop painting because it was looking BAD! Need someone to start today, or tomorrow. Would like to finish by end of weekend. This is not a job for one person, two minimum… it is impossible to finish in short period of time for one person, as it may equate 2nd coat... Please text me your price/BID based of description, I’ve tried to make the AD as clear as possible, size, bed, bath and pics so we avoid the typical questions. This is for WALLS ONLY. No trim, unless you need to touch up trim after painting, and no ceilings. Let me know ASAP, and you may be the person for job. Condo is completely empty for easier and faster painting, with no furniture. Pictures are just to show the existing walls. Only 1,000 sq ft 2 small bedrooms and 2 very small bathrooms The walls are in excellent condition, as the unit has been painted not too long ago, but the colors are too dark for the condo. Needs freshening up. When finished painting, you will need to ensure there is no paint drips, paying at FINISH.
