Meet the SpeakerMelissa Oliver is the owner of The Leveraged Agent LLC, providing operational services to teams and individual agents in the DC Metro area. She has been a real estate support professional for the last nine years. Originally starting out as an assistant, Melissa mastered various roles, eventually becoming the Director of Operations for one of Northern Virginia's largest real estate teams, producing over $300M in sales volume in 2021. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary and Special Education from LaSalle University, where she was also a NCAA Division I collegiate swimmer. Additionally, she was inducted into the Ocean City Beach Patrol Hall of Fame in 2014. A military spouse and mother of three sons, her hobbies include design, gardening, spending time with her family and her Maltipoo, Mr. Baby.
