The Blue Cross HR Team (Benefits, Wellness, Development, Diversity and more) will be onsite at Vantage in Monroe to conduct a Benefits Fair in the Banquet Hall (1st Floor Vantage Tower). Over the course of 1.5 days, tables will be set up covering various topics from Benefits, Wellness, Development, Diversity and more. Vantage staff can visit those tables during one of three sessions to ask questions and hear about the Blue Cross services available to them when they become BLUE. Vantage employees can visit the Fair anytime during the 2.5 hour timeframe for each session.
