Trinity Building and Design a Cape Coral contractor is looking for a full-time Apprentice to join the team. Individuals must have a valid, clean driver's license. Opportunity for signing bonus. The position requires manual work at the apprentice level in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. Work involves the performance of skilled plumbing tasks and installation in commercial, educational, and possibly medical, and industrial facilities. Duties/Responsibilities: Work under the guidance of a journeyman or foreman level plumber. Assist in the layout and installation of pipe systems and equipment. Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings. Dig trenches to accommodate plumbing systems. Assist in all aspects of assembling and gluing plastic pipe systems. Assist in all aspects of assembling copper pipe systems. Assemble and install valves, fittings and pipes in a timely manner. Assist in all testing requirements for pipe systems and equipment, including start-up. Assist in the installation of plumbing fixtures. Qualification Requirements: Must be willing to buy your own personal tools of the trade. Clean/Valid driving record.
