Mayor's Holiday Festival Fund Recipient This year, Mayor Skoog has selected Growing Futures Early Education Center to be the 2022 recipient of the Mayor's Holiday Festival Fund. Growing Futures is a Head Start program that provides quality early education opportunities and family support services for children in Johnson County, Kansas, and is located right here in Downtown Overland Park!
