Japanese tea culture is more than just matcha latte. In this informal, hands-on talk, we will sample different Japanese teas and traditional treats. in addition, we will make Sakura Mochi (桜餅) using sweet rice, red bean paste, Sakura flower petals, Sakura leaves.
