Sign up to learn the basics of a sewing machine and work together to sew up a simple bag or tote. We'll start with and introduction to the sewing machine before tackling the chosen projects. All fabric and supplies will be included to create a boxy zipper pouch or a tote bag- its up to you! This 2.5 hour class is designed for beginner sewists 13 years or older. Class is limited to 6 people with one person per machine. If you would like to pair up with a friend or have your own machine to bring please send me a message at [email protected] prior to registration. *This class will be taught by Jewel from Needle and Brooch. Jewel is a garment sewist and has been sewing for over 10 years. She uses thrifted and vintage materials to sew her own wardrobe and loves teaching and inspiring others to get creative.
