F45 will be in store Sunday 11/06 at 10:30A for a FREE HIIT class! The class will be a 45 minute HIIT workout that consists of 10 bodyweight exercises and the workout will include a warm-up and a cool-down. The workout will mimic the same vibe members would experience in an F45 studio, just without equipment. Bring water and a towel and anything else you may need for the class! As always all attendees will receive a special discount to stay after and shop before the store opens to the public!
