The First Annual Soup Cook-Off will be hosted by your local VFW Veteran Center, and a winner can take home "People's Choice" or a "Celebrity Chefs Award." You can taste and vote on your favorite soup created by your local chefs and enter your chance with a raffle for a free Cruise and more!!
