Looking for a regular drummer to join in on the fun. We (bass, rhythm and lead guitars) play on Tuesday afternoons for 2 to 3 hours in my home/studio in Cayucos. There is already a house drum set (Pearl) here so no need to bring yours unless you want to. We play a pretty wide selection of songs and also improvise quite a bit. I wouldn’t call it ‘classic rock’ but some of the artists we cover include: Grateful Dead, Beatles, Stones, Dylan, Velvet Underground, Traffic, Phish, Neil Young, Jefferson Airplane, Hendrix, Traveling Wilburys, Talking Heads, Leonard Cohen. At this point we play well over 150 songs and are adding more. We love playing, are friendly and hope to find an experienced, fun-loving and (mostly) sober drummer who can make it most Tuesdays (reliable).
