Join us for a fun bottled-in-bond bourbon blind tasting, led by Certified Bourbon Bteward, Spring Fox! Learn about what "Bottled-In-Bond" means, why it's special, and develop your palate by exploring the nose, mouthfeel, and tasting notes you discover without brand bias. Ask all your bourbon questions and get answers from bourbon-educated Stave & Thief Society Certified Bourbon Stewards. Guests can take notes with special tasting note sheets provided, then rate their favorite pours after the guided tasting. Find out which glass contains what label at the end of the tasting when the bourbon labels are revealed! Includes guided tasting, four different 1 ounce pours, and paired locally made cheddar cheese board. Enjoy post-tasting cocktails and pours at the private Loft bar around the outdoor balcony fire pit (cigars welcome) or indoor fireplace lounge.. Tasting expected to last around 45 minutes, private Loft bar and lounge areas will remain open until all guests depart or 9pm. Event attendees are welcome to have dinner in the restaurant downstairs after, but the kitchen does close at 8pm. Event is limited to 21+. Seats are limited. Additional cocktails and pours are not included in ticket price and are available for separate purchase.
