Awaken Pittsburgh is hosting this half day of Mindfulness practice from 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM. This an opportunity to experience a range of practices, including sitting and walking meditation, a body scan, mindful eating, and personal reflection time.
This event will be held largely in silence, and led with minimal instruction, so we encourage some familiarity with mindfulness practice in advance.
This session will be held in-person and via Zoom. For in-person attendance, we ask that your join only if you are fully vaccinated. For zoom attendance, save the link provided in the confirmation email.
The suggested donation for this event is $25: more if you can support others, and less (or none) if that feel right for you. All are welcome.
