Please contact us for additional information:[email protected] or 407-435-9610 5 DAY TRAINING. DAY 1: IN-PERSON TRAINING, 10:00am - 3:30pmDay 1 & 2 is a whole day of manual & simulation training. You’ll be in the training room and at a tattoo station to acclimate yourself to the feel of your work area. We will go over state regulations licensing and permits . It is the student's responsibility to investigate all licensing, apprenticeship, insurance and other state/local requirements - however, we will do our best to answer any questions you may have. Sanitation: We will begin the day with an overview of the course then jump right into the sanitation, station set up and tray set up. Getting familiar with your tools and how to set up your machine and needle configuration. Brow Mapping/Shaping: After that we practice our mapping. You’ll be able to practice mapping on each other, paper as well as your very own mannequin head. I’ll be going over all my tips and tricks for creating symmetry. Color Theory: We discuss the Fitzpatrick scale and how to select the appropriate pigment for your client; discussing different pigment types and which pigments are best to use as a beginner. During this portion we will mix different pigments and formulas for each Fitzpatrick scale. Tattoo Machine & Blading Work: During this portion we discuss proper hand placement for stretching the skin and holding your machine. We will go over how to achieve a crisp outline while practicing on pads and after move into practicing pendulum machine movement. To practice depth and pressure we will use practice skin so you can visually see how deep you are going with your needle and blade to avoid scarring your clients. We will complete the practice pad and a set of eyebrows. Station Set Up & breakdown: At the end of the simulation day you’ll breakdown your station, disposing of your sharps in the sharps container and sanitizing your area with the appropriate hospital grade disinfectant as well as your tools before putting them away in your kit. Business & Marketing: Before and After Pictures and videos, Reels, Social Media Ads and posting. DAY 3: LIVE MODEL DAY, 10:00am -3:30pmWe will begin the day with consent forms and discussing the form with our models. We will go through each step as the day before in our simulation. Morning: Intense coverage of key concepts of the combo brow procedure. Focusing on topics that need to be refined: Sanitation, Color theory, Brow shaping, Brow mapping, Latex practice, How to achieve pixels with proper pigment application. Afternoon: The student will experience hands on the Combo brow tattoo application (with supervision) from start to finish. It is advisable that you bring your own model for your first tattoo as being comfortable with the person you are tattooing assist in alleviating stress for your first time. If you are unable to find your own model I will assist in finding one for you. DAY 4: LIVE MODEL DAY, 10:00-1:30 (for GROUP CLASSES of 6.)Allows for other Students to also get Live Model Day hands on learning experience. The goal is to build confidence and to train in a calm and intimate learning environment. All courses are extremely hands-on to ensure that students are comfortable with each step before moving on to the next. Because these are highly specialized techniques, the class is very detailed and requires a practical approach where I will guide you through the process, step by step. Do I receive a certificate?Yes. You will provide to your insurance company as proof to obtain your insurance. What happens after I complete the class?You have a lifetime mentor in me NOTE: You will need to work in a Licensed Tattoo Facility to provide this service. You have the chance to provide services for your first 3 clients in my spa at a daily rate of $75 *Mrs. Jaye is a 21x Certified Microblading & Microshading Artist.
