Home needs several small house repairs to prepare for rental. Please let me know: 1) Your hourly labor rate OR 2) Labor cost for each item OR 3) Labor cost to do everything. 1. Install latch bar to metal gate at driveway (old one rusted and fell off) 2. Install latch bar to wood door to backyard (old one broken off by previous dog) 3. One Kitchen cabinet not closing all the way and I can’t seem to adjust it properly) 4. Move brick to the gate in front of house (some on front grass, some in backyard) 5. Fix wood doors in backyard. Doors are not aligning and can’t latch to lock them (not full size regular doors. These doors access to crawl space. (I can purchase materials if replacement needed) 6. Screw one closet light to wall (loosely hanging in closet now) 7. Remove 3 deadbolts (one metal gate and two security gates) 8. Secure 2 IKEA furniture items (wardrobe and cabinet) to the wall. I have to find/get hardware to do this. You may not need to do. 9. Clean backyard (fill holes with dirt that previous dog dug up - dirt is on concrete, pick up any materials the dog tore up like pillow stuffing, sweep concrete areas and water down). No grass/mowing/lawn, tree care. 10) Remove 4 interior door knobs (have locks). Replace with door knobs without locks. Also, please let me know your availability in your response. Thanks
