I am a professional metal sculptor looking for an artist/creative to share 275-300 sq ft of my 800 sq ft studio. 275 sq. ft. / $895 mo. 300 sq. ft. / $950 mo. Rent + utilities. The space is solidly built with 11' ceilings and concrete floors, and located in the Trestle building. The space for rent (pictured) includes a portion of the front room, part of the main open studio and two windows. Wifi included, freight elevator, next to Home Depot. My moderate process involves MIG welding and mostly hand machines. I am in the studio evenings and weekends.
