Need someone to complete a few punchlist items tomorrow from 11am-2. If you are experienced it may not take that long. You MUST have own transportation (preferrably a truck to take away a few items) and have own tools. NO BSers!!!! Either you can do or you cannot. Do not have time for unreliability and time-wasters!! Tasks to be completed: *Repair interior doors. They arent closing properly or latching *Install missing door stops *Install missing hardware for kitchen cabinets (inside clasps) *Repair broken drawer by adding under tracks *See why stove hood fan not working *Install a few *single outlets *Remove storm door frame; frame only. Door was removed previously *discard 3 bikes *secure/frame crawlspace door *tighten toilet seat *add PE smoke alarm in hall I know it seems like alot but its not! And there will be another person to help. Need all completed same day. CASH WHEN DONE! Must be ready to work and pay close attn to detail! More work later if you are proven to be what i need! I will check email and call interested people around 9am. Please do not say interested if you care more about getting the money than accurately completing my work!!!
