Cut carving out of door frame

Hi. I have a cabinet that I would like the carving cut out of the door. I need both the frame and carving to remain intact. I will be replacing the carving with some other material and using the carving elsewhere. The carving and door are somewhat delicate and I would like the cut to be as perfect as possible so please only reply if you know how to do that properly. Payment will be for the project.
