Remodeling a house. Interior and exterior... Looking for 1 retired person in the area...Must be able to read a tape measure, have a good hammer, tape, tool apron and utility knife impact tool and drill would be good as well. We'll be removing wallboard and walls, hardwood flooring, sub flooring, floor joists and then replacing it all. will also be renovating a bathroom, kitchen, and couple of bedrooms. will be installing Hardie board plank siding and trim. we may paint it, before installing it as well as well... Some small concrete pours will also be in the mix... I need someone who will show up and work when required. you'll need transportation to and from the jobsite.
