Looking for a dedicated, flexible, hard-working production team member to operate a hot-stamping machine in a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Flexibility and a willingness to assist with a variety of other production tasks including CNC cutting, inventory and shipping is also necessary. Commitment, patience, and the ability to work independently under the direction of a supervisor and in collaboration with staff is a must. The position requires a focus on quality and attention to detail. We work closely in a friendly, positive atmosphere, and need someone who can be part of the team. Must be willing to work some over-time including Saturdays during peak production season. You don't need experience, but you need to be comfortable working with machines and getting your hands dirty, able to use basic tools, perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time, climb ladders and lift 30 lb. boxes.
