Join Michelle from The Smart Cookie Sweets and Treats and decorate an adorable winter themed cookie set! Have you ever wondered how to decorate cookies so they look like the ones you see in a magazine or on Pinterest? Well, here's your chance to learn! In this class you will learn... - A basic recipe for cutout cookies and royal icing - what the different consistencies of royal icing are - coloring icing - preparing your icing in bags (mostly tipless) - tools and supplies used in cookie decorating - damning and flooding - using the wet-on-wet technique for a "one and done" cookie, start and finish without needing drying time. - instruction on how to get definition on your cookie. - step by step instruction on how to complete each of your 6 masterpieces to impress your friends and family (and hopefully yourselves 😊). ᑕᒪᗩᔕᔕ ᗪETᗩIᒪᔕ... This class is 1 session, 2 hours long. The cost of this class is $45, due upon registration and covers all supplies! Each participant will take home 6 cookies. All you need to bring is a container to take your cookies home (this container MUST be large enough to place cookies into without stacking) or you can purchase packaging at Marlene's.
