As a Successful Porter, you will: Take care of community property buildings Cleaning duties as per internal work orders Preventative maintenance duties to keep buildings in a clean and orderly condition as per internal work orders Clean and supply designated building areas which includes (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, wiping, cleaning Main Entrance Landscaping Floor Management Office All common areas Elevators Stairwells Pay: $20.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off after first year, referral program, Referral program, Medical, Dental and Vision Health Benefits Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Commercial cleaning: 1 year (Preferred) Shift availability: Day shift – 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday Requires impeccable driving record Requires current Driver License US Citizen of US Resident authorized to work in the United States Willingness to commute to different properties Reports to the Assistant Property Manager – Maintenance
