Crew lead for custom tarp installation as well as laborers. Duties: Work side by side with team members installing covers throughout North America. Handle customer relations on site. Manage expenses associated with the projects. Manage team members. Install covers to company standards. Maintain company equipment and vehicles. Drivers license necessary, must be able to be insured under company policy. Positive attitude and self driven/motivated personalities a must. Goal oriented Able to manage mutiple tasks and team members Compensation to be discussed, value will be given to skills brought to the team and performance on the job. Lodging, per diem and performance bonuses provided. You can even build your own team. We operate with teams of 3 or 4 on a crew. We are recession proof with year round work. Will train from the ground up, good attitude and willingness to work hard is all that is needed.
