PROJECT MANAGER (RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION) (Gaithersburg) FULL TIME compensation: STARTING SALARY 45-50K DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE Residential Home Improvement company is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Project Manager. An ideal candidate would be experienced in residential construction. All projects are located in the Montgomery County area. Scope of Job - Manage all aspects of residential remodel projects. - Strong analytic skills and the ability to use scheduling and reporting computer software "Buildertrend". (willing to learn) - Some working knowledge of construction. - Subcontractor coordination - Monitoring long-lead items interacting with clients and contractors. - The ability to effectively communicate as the liason between the clients and showroom / administration staff - Traveling to different job sites within the Montgomery County area. - Provide strong leadership to ensure a successful, safe, timely, and profitable project delivery and job completion - Ability to be responsible for project management, coordination, scheduling and team communication within the organization. - Request and schedule labor, equipment, and supplies for projects - Manage documentation for projects - Perform onsite assessments of project work flow Qualifications (3-5) years of experience in the construction industry Must be good at time management Strong communication skills Proficient using computers and software programs in day-to-day activities Valid driver's license (Clean record). Will drive company vehicle.
