I live in a 101 year old 4 bedroom home that sits on a 1 acre corner lot. I occupy the room in the rear of the home that doubles as my office and bedroom both. I run my business from home. I have 2 large 110lb rescue dogs that are 7 & 8 years old. Big cuddly babies but they do love people and love attention so prepare yourself. New washer and a dryer in basement. Plenty of parking space. Room has queen bed, 2 dressers, desk, TV, and end table provided. U will b expected to share cleaning of common areas and with maintenance of yard and driveway. (grass, snow, leaf) which I have all stuff to do such work. First months rent + half of last months rent to move in. I do not rent weekly. You must sign an agreement when moving in. Not a lease but a lease is an option if you wish. I don't allow drama here because of my business. It's for the most part really quiet here. I do have security cameras that watch the vehicles in the driveway and the front porch for deliveries but never had anything stolen in 5 years. I am 420 friendly and easy to get along with. Kitchen has new large fridge, new stove, deep freezer, microwave, toaster over, and every utensil possible. All available to you. Fire pit out back. Large private front porch. Walking distance is 3-5 min to anything. Bus stops, groceries, gas station, fast food, entertainment, 2 restaurants. Everything really close. AC provided, cable* & internet* available.
