HVAC Shop Help We are looking for a great addition to our already awesome team. We need a shop helper to work in our HVAC shop. Job Description & Requirements: - Will be responsible for loading and unloading materials from the shop - Will assist in the fabrication shop building duct work, previous sheet metal experience is preferred but not required. - Strong work ethic, and a ‘can-do’ attitude, and takes pride in their performance - Must be able to stand, bend, crawl and squat throughout the day; capable of lifting 50lbs unassisted - Must be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted and push/pull up to 100 lbs. - Welding experience is a plus - Forklift operation experience is a plus - Responsible for cleanliness of the shop and surrounding building area. Assist with snow removal in the winter - Good communication skills with their shop foremen, in-house project managers & field foreman - Able to maintain our standards of quality and follow a formal procedure - Keep a clean and professional appearance - Must be willing to work overtime if necessary - Other duties as assigned Benefits: - Full-time work available - Benefits available after 60 days, medical, life, dental and vision - 401k program - Personal time off starts to accrue on day 1 - Position available NOW - Weekly pay - Hours Mon – Fri, 7:00pm – 3:30PM Pay $18.00 – $26.00 DOE
