HVAC Foreman, Tinners and Apprentices Needed (Commerce City, CO) We are looking for a great addition to our already awesome team. We need Foreman and apprentices who can use their skills, knowledge, trouble-shooting capabilities, installation knowledge and more, in the commercial industry. No residential installation. +++BILINGUAL IS A HUGE PLUS FOR ALL POSITIONS+++ _____________________________________________ HVAC Field Foreman Job Description & Requirements: - 4+ years of experience is a plus - Strong work ethic, and a 'can-do' attitude, and takes pride in their performance - Good communication skills with their onsite General Contractors, their apprentices, and in-house project managers - Able to install commercial HVAC systems in new builds or Tenant Finish - Must be able to read and comprehend blue prints - Needs to be able to communicate and delegate work to their apprentices; must have good communication skills with the other trades on the job - Able to maintain our standards of quality and follow a formal procedure for each job - Keep a clean and professional appearance - Having your own tools is mandatory - Must be savvy and willing to learn about new products and stay current in the industry - Flexible schedule -- may have to work early mornings, late evenings or on weekends - Must be willing to work overtime if necessary - Must have good listening skills and able to understand and resolve issues that may arise - Must be able to stand, bend, crawl and squat throughout the day; capable of lifting 50lbs unassisted and push/pull up to 100 lbs - Able to negotiate long ladders, tall accesses and high roofs - ***Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.
