Black cat stolen

My sweet cat was stolen from me while in my parked van. Precious is an all black medium hair female cat. She was in her grey soft crate and wearing a mixed white and gold body harness. She is microchipped. My white cargo van with a winch on the front was stolen too. The two people traveled from Olympia to DuPont, then to Tacoma where they threw out my tracker. They may be heading to Spokane according to the police. It was a guy in a camo jacket and a girl with red hair. The van’s plate is CDE9995. WA State. Please notify the police if you see it and me so I can get my cat back. Thank you
