We are hiring immediately for TAMALE PREP COOKS! The right candidate will have a positive attitude and experience working a food production line. Experience with the process of making Tamales will be a plus! JOB DESCRIPTION: You will be assisting in a production line, measuring, preparing ingredients, and mixing ingredients as well as other tasks assigned, such as packaging and operating equipment to make tamales, inventory, and quality checks/tests. REQUIREMENTS: To be able to follow recipe instructions Be able to work with hands Must have a positive attitude Authorized to work in the United States Max weight to lift or move is 30-35lbs You must be able to work standing for the duration of the shift.
