Need help managing new international artist, superstar, super talent

I will provide info and samples for the right person. I signed an international artist, not in us. I signed as manager. I can share my cut or we can work something out. I have studied music biz before but long time ago. Need help getting sync liscencing income and everything else going. My artist is a pianist, plays guitar, sings, songwriter, rapper, is very marketable and also has theatre experience and is very captivating. I wasn't looking to sign any artist. I only did bc I found him on spotify, verified artist, low plays..undiscovered.. Tall talent. He isn't in the US, but he has US mass appeal.
