To commemorate the 4-year anniversary of the 2018 Camp Fire, Regenerating Paradise, along with several other Ridge nonprofits, will produce the 4th annual Paradise Revival Festival, Saturday, November 5th, from 11AM - 5PM at the Terry Ashe Recreation Center. 6626 Skyway in Paradise. The Paradise Revival Festival is an opportunity for the community to gather and honor the loss associated with the Camp Fire and also celebrate community resilience and a hopeful future. The event is free and open to the public and will include music by local singer/songwriters David Zink, John-Michael Sun, Henry Postler-Bird, and Asia. The Konkow Band of Maidu will perform traditional dances and there will be art activities for young and old. Speakers will include Paradise Emergency Operations Coordinator and former Fire Chief Jim Broshears who will explore lessons learned from the Camp Fire. Emotional support will be provided, and the World Central Kitchen will give away free meals.
