ART STUDIO SPACE 4 RENT I currently have a marvelous artist studio space right downtown that I would like to open up to other female artists. I am looking for 1 more studiomate to share this 700 square foot beautiful private room.It'sm a hair stylist and artist/ painter I do some of my clients out of this space partially but mainly I am here to use it to deep dive into my art. the other Studio mate is as an artist and she has a corner space where she upcycles vintage furniture. Very chill very good female energy up in here ! It is in the HEART of South Slope, 3 blocks east of The Orange Peel. You will have your own walk in lobby to host guests to see your work and a shared sign on the building door. An artist's dream! It is a private giant room around 700 square feet ( but feels much bigger ) 9' tall ceilings. 2 closets and a private bathroom, mini fridge, open studio ( can partition for your own privacy) separate public bathroom in commons area, lobby to greet potential customers/clients, safe parking at building, and wall space right outside our studio door for art and advertisement of your space and work. This is a collective space that is shared but you will have a set space that is yours and untouched. You will have your own access code to the building. Rent is 75o a month.( willing to go lower for smaller portion but ideally want to fill open spot) utilities and wifi included AND downtown parking included Move in requirements are as follows: 1st months rent and deposit ( deposit is same as rent) and is a 3 month contracted commitment then will sign you into a 3 month recurring lease after 90 days to be sure we are a fit.
