Infant Nanny Needed

We are looking for a full time nanny to provide care for our infant beginning at the end of November. She will be 3 months old by then. Two to three days per week the nanny would be responsible for full infant care, including bottle feeding of pumped milk, diaper changes, consoling and putting down for a nap. Two to three days a week I (mom) will be working from home, so will do breastfeeding; therefore, two to three days per week the only responsibilities of the nanny would be to do diaper changes, console and put down for a nap. Hours are from 9-5 pm Monday-Friday. No other responsibilities outside of direct infant care are necessary. We would like the nanny to take the baby for a walk in the stroller once per day when weather is reasonable, if ok with the nanny. Our apartment is near the PATH and we could pick someone up if need be. Please respond with your name, experience, and any other details you'd like to provide.
