***SERIOUS CANDIDATES ONLY *** To apply: reply with updated resume Maintenance Mechanic Requirements: -Must have strong electro-mechanical industrial/manufacturing maintenance skills ** cranes, hydraulics, conveyors, electrical and mechanical preventative maintenance -Valid Drivers License Responsible for maintaining various types of machinery and equipment throughout an industrial production facility. - Operates machine shop equipment to achieve close tolerances on assignments whether for creating new or modifying mechanical parts and devices. - Utilizes precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to check tolerances and to insure the finished product meets the specifications called out in sketches, blueprints, work orders or samples. - Receives daily job assignments from leader or work orders. - Analyzes, lays-out and plans jobs including obtaining diagrams, tools, spare parts and supplies. - Works safely following all safety procedures for the assignment such as lock-out/tag-out, and maintains a clean and organized work area, follows all company safety procedures. - Cleans, dismantles and reassembles equipment alone or with aid of other personnel using necessary tools. Repairs or replaces parts. Adjusts equipment for proper system operation. - Perform burning and welding tasks including TIG, MIG, stick, and brazing. - Perform repairs to hydraulic and pneumatic systems - Operates cranes, mobile lifts, forklifts and other mobile equipment. - Perform nondestructive testing. - Cleans, paints and lubricates equipment. - Fills out inspection/repair records and routine reports. - Works with other maintenance crews as required completing job assignments thorough the plant
