I need a guy who can do a little bit of everything. I have low income rentals and manufactured homes. We do quick turns on apartments for re rent. Ideal guy would have a truck, know some plumbing, chain link fencing, trim work, some drywall, doors, windows, tile, electric, plumbing, some landscaping. I have tools, hopefully you have some. If you don't possess all these attributes that's ok. Looking for a guy who is mature and can work and be efficient on his own. Position pays $16 no taxes 1099. I start at $16. Everybody starts at $16. After a week, we can re assess your pay rate based on your proven skill set. Every guy I meet tells me they are a superstar, I need to see it. Im on guy number 3 for a simple laminate floor fix. Im not looking for bid jobs or piece work, please dont respond. I need a full time commitment and I will offer full time security.
