Shadyside Property Management Company seeks person with valid driver's license to work unsupervised cleaning our area apartment buildings. Duties include janitorial work, cleaning vacant apartments, light maintenance work, general labor in & around our buildings, and snow removal during winter months. Hourly rate matched to experience & expertise, with generous vacation time & competitive benefits package offered, including a 401K plan.
Compensation range: $13.50-16.00 per hour
