Brand Ambassador for IT conference

I am looking for a Brand Ambassador to tend to a vendor display at a local IT regional group conference in Raleigh/Midtown. We are looking for one professional and energetic person who will be available Tuesday, November 8, from 7:30 am-6 pm and Wednesday, November 9, from 8 am-1:30 pm. We will have a Roulette to attract participants to our booth. What you do: • Familiarize yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals. • Working closely with sales and marketing staff to facilitate and execute marketing and outreach • Set up tables, and displays, hand out flyers and educational materials, etc. • Manage the booth games and prizes • Educating customers, retailers, and distributors about our company and services. • Building rapport with customers and vendors. • Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the marketing department. • Maintaining a positive and professional image of the company at all times. • Other duties as assigned and required. Basic Qualifications: Education and Work Experience Requirements: • Prior experience in a customer service environment. • Prior experience and setup and breakdown after vendor displays or booths is a must • Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Reliable transportation • Must be punctual Please send your resume and 3 recent pictures to [email protected].
