Hello everyone my name is Yos, I’m a yoga instructor and. I just opened my studio this month. I created my own 90min sequence that’s beginner friendly, great for flexibility, breathing, strengthening, and shaping your body. I'm looking for People in my neighborhood that want to try it out for free, I will have 5 spots available for each class, and you can come as many times as you want. All you need to do is call or text me anytime before the class starts so I can mark you down on the list and text you a confirmation image that you will show to the front desk. I just ask that you also call or text if you need to cancel so that I can give your spot to someone else. We are a separate business so you will not require a gym membership; You just need to show your confirmation image to the front desk. Parking If you're facing the front of the building there are two parking lots on each side, The right side lot always has spots available, you will just have a short walk to the entrance of the gym.
