Repair/restore '77 Chevy C10 pickup

Looking for reputable mechanic (with shop) to take on the project of repairing & restoring and old 1977 Chevy C10. I'm only the 3rd owner of this truck with just 80k miles, have all the original paperwork and want to get it up and running and looking good. Right now it doesn't start because of a dead battery, but was running 6-months ago, but rough. Didn't pass DEQ (has expired tags), but has a new carburetor. Thanks!
