Respracare Durable Medical Eqiupment provider store in Rocky Mt. NC has taken just a few days shy of 4 months of still not having provided a correct armrest for my grandmother's paralyzed arm for her wheelchair...Which is greatly affecting her day to day ability to do certain things for herself..and every time she or a family member or DR atempts to speak with their staff concerning this they are given different different excuses for this prolonged time period to get it corrected.
