Immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at a distribution center at Wando Terminal. The CSR responds to work inquiries, processes orders, and responds to customer requests in a prompt and efficient manner. Excellent communication and computer skills are needed.
Night Shift & Weekend Shift available
Must be able to work a 12hr shift
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner.
· Generate all paperwork required for loaded trailers.
· Maintain up to date reports to ensure all loads are finalized and carriers are aware of loaded trailers available for pickup
· Provide clerical support, including overseeing all paperwork associated with shipping trailers, maintaining corresponding files, answering phones, and operating office equipment/computers needed to perform duties.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
