"Why do you think they are intentionally dumbing down the education system? " .....................Who are "they"...the Dems or the Rep's. "You've got it, because they need a stupid population to rule ruthlessly over." ............................What you meant to say was "to rule over ruthlessly". Never end a sentence with a preposition. I guess it's clear that Republicans are truly the party of stupid.
